Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Starter Lab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Starter Lab provides software development, technical consulting, and SaaS building services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Project Scope and Deliverables

All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in separate project agreements or statements of work. Changes to scope may result in adjustments to timelines and costs.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in custom-developed software and deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Starter Lab retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the project.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Access to necessary systems and resources
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starter Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
